About Ambletail

Ambletail is a small online shop based in Melbourne. We make it easier to get out the door with your dog, even in an Aussie summer.

What we're about

• Gear for Aussie conditions. We look for kit that suits hot days, beach trips, bush tracks and road trips.
• Honest descriptions. We'll tell you what a product does and what it doesn't. No fake reviews, no countdown timers and no miracle claims.
• Easy to deal with. Free shipping Australia-wide, 30-day returns, and a real person at the other end of every email.

How orders work

Our orders are packed and shipped by fulfilment partners from their warehouses, which is why delivery takes about 2 weeks. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Our FAQ covers the details.
