Shipping policy
Free shipping Australia-wide
Every order ships free to anywhere in Australia, with no minimum spend. We currently deliver within Australia only.
How long it takes
- Processing: orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Brand-new products can sometimes take a little longer.
- Delivery: once dispatched, most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days. All up, allow about 2 weeks.
Your items ship from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, so if you order more than one product they may arrive in separate parcels.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Delays and lost parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 25 business days of your order, or tracking hasn't updated for a week, email us. We'll chase it up, and if it's lost we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
Check your address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.
