How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free Australia-wide, with no minimum spend. We currently deliver within Australia only.
How long will my order take?
Orders are usually packed within 1–3 business days, then take 7–14 business days to arrive. All up, allow about 2 weeks.
Where do orders ship from?
Your items ship from our fulfilment partners' warehouses. If you order more than one product, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
My order hasn't arrived. What now?
If it hasn't arrived within 25 business days of your order, or tracking hasn't updated for a week, email us. We'll chase it up, and if it's lost we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
What's your returns policy?
Changed your mind, or the size isn't right? Return unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send you instructions. You pay the return postage for change-of-mind returns.
If something arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, email us your order number and a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, with no return postage to pay. This is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our refund policy for the details.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page has sizing information, and the Cooling Harness Vest has a full size chart (chest, neck and back length). Measure your dog first (for harnesses and vests: around the widest part of the chest and the base of the neck). Between sizes or not sure? Email us your dog's measurements and breed and we'll recommend a size before you order.
Will the Cooling Harness Vest keep my dog cool?
It's an evaporative cooling vest that doubles as a harness. You soak it in cool water and squeeze out the excess, and the mesh cools as the water evaporates while your dog walks. It works best outdoors where there's some airflow, and less well in very humid weather. It doesn't replace sensible hot-weather habits: walk early or late, carry water, take breaks in the shade and skip the walk on very hot days. If you're worried about your dog in the heat, talk to your vet.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Checkout is handled securely by Shopify.
